Blue Angels compete at Bradley Intercollegiate

Blue Angels warming up

Three miles of Detweiller Park. The Blue Angels were in box 24 and ready to race on the most famous cross country course in the State of Illinois. The Bradley Intercollegiate featured over 25 different colleges from the Midwest. The course was a mini dust bowl due to the lack of rain for the last seveal weeks. The Angels had another strong performance by freshmen Graice Morgan and Rylee Brammeier with times of 21:11 and 21:14. Alli Lammers continues to hold that number 3 spot with a time of 21:49. This trio of freshmen continue to improve. Kyndall Sturgeon had a bounce back race taking the 4th team spot in a time of 22:16. Great to see her bounce back! Ryann Becker continues to battle and was the 5th counter in a time of 22:45. Ivy Donoho was next for the Angels in a time of 23:33. Tessa Drueke finished in 24:41. "We raced well, Detweiller is know as flat and fast, but trying running that incline 3 times. The attitude of the Blue Angels has been solid and we just have to remember, we can only control what we can and can't foucus on what we can not control."
